The love shown and experiences from Skylar has passed on to his family and friends who want to allow his legacy to live on.  We will strive to see through Skylar’s dreams and aspirations.  We will be discussing on our forums, and though emails and phone calls, about making plans for what we can do in Skylar’s name that is meaningful. To start we will ensure no one ever goes off the cliff that Skylar went off by installing guardrails on Felton Empire Grade Rd.  Please sign the petition, it is what Skylar would want.
